  My engine light came on and my suburban started shaking. I called Matt at Steve’s tire and auto and he gave me the number to his towing guy and said that if I could get my car towed there before 3 PM before they closed due to the heat that they would try to look at it before they closed. I got my car delivered there an hour before they were closing and not only were they able to look at it, but they were able to figure out what was going on and get the parts ordered that they needed. The next day my car was completed and hand delivered.😊 (talk about great service!) Matt knew we had a trip planned out of town and he went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed for our trip so we didn’t have to cancel. I highly recommend the team at Steve’s! They are rockstars and go above and beyond! Thank you!!

• I have to say working with Jared has been absolutely fantastic he has so much personal accountability and really did everything he could to get us taken care of we broke down 4 hours away from home and his communication skills, and customer relations is inimitable if I lived anywhere close to this shop I would refuse to work with anyone else their candor and kindness is unparalleled highly recommend them and specifically Jared is absolutely amazing.

• Had an alignment done at another shop after replacing some suspension parts, but it wasn't done well. Steve's got me in the next day and fixed the issues, and they really dialed in the alignment. Drives and tracks excellent now. A little but more expensive, but they do a very good job and it's worth the premium if you want it done right. Will be coming back for other maintenance and work in the future. Recommended for alignments, at the very least.

• Arrived for an air conditioning problem. I was greeted with a smile and promptly helped. They were cheerful and patient with me to explain the issue with my vehicle. I never felt rushed. My vehicle was fixed and on the road again. I am always satisfied with the service I get there and will be back with any issues in the future. Thank you to you and your team of mechanics you are appreciated.

• Steve tire did a great job on our car and our truck. I would highly recommend them. They’re very nice people and easy to deal with. Although we did go through some hiccups beyond both of our control took a little longer than necessary the overall satisfaction was great.

• Matt and the team at Steve’s Tire and Auto have risen to the occasion twice in the last couple months with two of our vehicles that our kids drive and take out of town to school. The first was a bad pothole that damaged the rim of an older Mazda CX-5.…

• Needed my A/C recharged ASAP. Within minutes of driving there, it was prioritized due to the heat. The car was ready within an hour. Truly a lifesaver since I was in town for a week. Staff was so very helpful. Would recommend their services easily.

• Steve's did an outstanding job of keeping their services to the quoted amount and taking what I had self-diagnosed seriously. They have repaired several of my vehicles and will continue to be my shop of choice in the Tri-Cities!

• Great people work at Steve’s. They made us feel important. The work was done in a timely manner. We will use Steve’s for future. They Presented the problem, then they backed it up with pictures.

• Great guys! Honest and thorough. I appreciate the comprehensive check they do on the vehicle when I take it in. They keep track of issues and are clear about options.

• Communication was great, they let me know when the parts were ready, they got me in at the soonest opening and the turn around time was great.
